According to current database reports, 18 legendary players will receive a new Progressive Upgrade System. Their lower-rated Debut Versions are expected to transform into stronger Champion Versions on November 30, making some pulls considerably more valuable than others.

Ruud Gullit stands out as the ultimate jackpot. His 86-rated Debut card reportedly offers excellent pace, shooting, passing, physicality, and a 5-star weak foot before reaching 91 OVR.

Sergio Agüero, Raphaël Varane, Fernando Torres, Christine Sinclair, and Gianluca Zambrotta all offer strong competitive value. Agüero and Torres bring pace and attacking movement, while Varane provides defensive strength. Sinclair is a powerful attacking option, and Zambrotta offers excellent versatility across the fullback positions.

Tier 3: Solid but Situational

Lúcio, Pepe, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Andrea Pirlo, Yaya Touré, and Franco Baresi remain useful choices but have clearer weaknesses. Physical defenders such as Lúcio and Yaya Touré could become more attractive after their upgrades, while Pirlo and Baresi may struggle against certain early-game metas.

Tier 4: Lower-Priority Pulls

Hidetoshi Nakata, Jari Litmanen, Tobin Heath, and John Arne Riise are the less exciting outcomes. They can still be usable, but their stats, physical profiles, or upgrade ceilings may limit their competitive impact.

Players who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition before the deadline are expected to receive an untradeable Debut ICON Player Pack during Early Access. The cards will reportedly remain at their initial ratings before automatically upgrading to their Champion Versions on November 30.
